Sales Terms & Conditions

Before submitting the order, the customer has stated they have read and agree to the sales terms and conditions stated below. The sales terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between the customer and LOTUG Entertainment, LLC. These terms supersedes any other terms and conditions.

Data & Personal Information

LOTUG Entertainment, LLC. will only collect personal information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes and we will take reasonable steps to safeguard personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss or alteration. The information gathered will solely be used internally to handle your order and improve our LOTUG Entertainment, LLC. online offers.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Options:  LOTUG Entertainment, LLC. provides several shipping methods for delivery within the U.S. these include:   Allowing you to choose the choice that's right for you when making a purchase.

Once you have selected the shipping method, the shipping charge will automatically update on your order invoice.

Order Tracking:  All USPS/UPS shipping options will come with a tracking number, enabling you to track your delivery. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the shipments tracking number and the USPS/UPS website address. Simply click the link provided and enter your tracking number, this will allow you to check the status of your shipment.

Shipping Times:  Orders will typically ship out within 1-2 business days, except for peek periods and major holidays.

 

Some items are "print on demand" and require more time than items in stock, i.e. apparel, coffe cups etc.  Any item with printing on it.  Please allow up to 15 days for those items. 
 

Back Orders:  We are working hard to ensure your order is being delivered promptly. However, if your specific product gets placed on back order for any reason, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will provide you with and estimated delivery date, allow you to switch your order to an item that is in stock, or cancel your order.

Customs Fees

Any customs​ or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:  You may return any product that was ordered through LOTUG Entertainment, LLC. website for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) within 45 days of shipment.  Use this link to create a shipping label.

To return a product, please Contact us at support@LOTUGentertainment.com. Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the product's return. If we can correct the issues by providing replacement parts, we will.  Otherwise, we will email you a link where you can print a return shipping label.

Refunds will not include the original shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice, or any rebates paid out.  Refunds will only be issued after we receive the item back.

Manufacturers Defects:  We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept defected item for exchange. To exchange the defective part / item, due to manufacturers defect please submit an e-mail to support@lotugentertainment.com within 45 days of delivery with a picture, explanation of defect, copy of the invoice, and the best way for us to reach you. We will reach out by phone or e-mail within 7 business days.

Rebate: If you return a product purchased through a rebate program and have already recieved the rebate, you will be intitled to a refund of the purchase price minus the rebate price.

If the rebate has not been sent, we will dispute the rebate first before refunding any money.

Discount Coupons

LOTUG Entertainment, LLC. coupons can be used to receive a reduced price off of  an item / product or total amount of order depending on coupons offer. Each coupon will contain an expiration date of when it will expire. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers and only one (1) coupon per order. These coupons are only redeemable on LOTUG Entertainment, LLC. website, and can not be redeemed from any other company. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash and are none transferable. Coupons can only be redeemed once. In some exceptional situations, coupons will not be applicable to your order. In those cases, a warning message will be displayed on the coupon. Conditions, validity, and redemption value may change at any time without prior notice.
