How to Assemble Hand Crafted Wooden Sagacity Game
Tools Needed: 2 - 7/16 Socket Wrench (not included)

Assembly Time: 5 minute give or take

NOTE: It is best to do one threaded rod at a time, repeat the process with the second rod. The threaded rod should be installed from the top down.

Step 1 - Slide 1 metal washer onto the metal threaded rod so it rests on the "glue welded" nut.
Step 2 - Place the top level (the one with the Sagacity logo) on it's side. Slide 1 metal threaded rod into the top side of the corner hole.
Step 3 - Slide a wooden post onto the metal threaded rod.
Step 4 - Slide the top of a non bottom level (without the feet) onto the metal threaded rod through the corner hole.
Step 5 - Repeat Step 3 and 4 followed by Step 3 again.
Step 6 - Push the "glue welded" part of the metal threaded rod with your finger and slide the top side of the bottom level (with feet) onto the threaded rod through the corner hole.
Step 7 - With your finger still pushing the welded part of the metal threaded rod, place a metal washer on the metal threaded rod followed by hand twisting a metal nut on loosely, but tight enough to hold it in place.

Step 8 - Turn the game, all levels, so it is easy to work with the second threaded rod, Repeat Steps 1 through 7 for the second threaded rod.
Step 9 - Place a 7/16 wrench on each nut of one of the metal threaded rod and tighten so that the wooden posts barely move, make sure to not over tighten or you could harm the game. As you tighten, be sure to straighten each post, until they are snug, and straight. Repeat for the other rod.

Step 10 - Place the wooden cap over the hole on the top level to cover the nut, and give the game a clean look.
